Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we hold about you, why we need it, who sees it and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated 17 September 2026.
1. Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is ProgressPlay Limited, Kolonakiou 26, Office No.18, Agios Athanasios, Limassol, 4103, Cyprus. For anything in this policy, write to privacy@fruityking.co.
2. What we collect
- Identity and contact details: name, date of birth, email address, home address and postcode.
- Verification documents: copies of ID, proof of address and, where needed, payment and source of funds documents.
- Financial data: deposit and withdrawal records and partial card details. Full card numbers are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.
- Gambling activity: bets, game rounds, bingo tickets, stakes, results and balances.
- Safer gambling data: limits, time-outs, self-exclusions and our notes of any safer gambling conversations.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, login times and cookie identifiers.
- Correspondence: messages you send us and our replies.
3. Why we use it
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Opening and running your account, taking bets and paying winnings | Performance of our contract with you |
| Age, identity and address checks, anti-money laundering and fraud prevention | Legal obligation |
| Checking GAMSTOP and our own self-exclusion list | Legal obligation |
| Identifying and acting on signs of gambling harm and affordability concerns | Legal obligation and, for health-related information, substantial public interest |
| Improving the Site and fixing faults | Our legitimate interests |
| Sending marketing | Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time |
4. Who we share it with
We share only what each party needs:
- payment providers and banks, to process deposits and withdrawals;
- identity verification and fraud prevention agencies;
- game and sportsbook providers, which receive an account identifier, not your name;
- GAMSTOP, to check self-exclusion;
- the Gambling Commission, sports integrity bodies, the police and other authorities where the law requires it;
- IBAS, if you refer a dispute to them;
- IT, hosting and email service providers working under contract and our instructions.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Some providers process data outside the UK. Where that happens we use UK-approved safeguards, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement, or transfer only to countries the UK recognises as offering adequate protection.
6. How long we keep it
Anti-money laundering law requires us to keep account, verification and transaction records for at least five years after the account closes. Self-exclusion records are kept for as long as needed to honour the exclusion. Other data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.
7. Security
Connections to the Site are encrypted. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, verification documents are stored outside the public web directory, and access to customer data is limited to staff who need it for their role.
8. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or transfer it to another organisation. Some rights are limited where we must keep data by law. Email privacy@fruityking.co; we reply within one month.
9. Marketing
We only send marketing if you have ticked the marketing box, and never while you are self-excluded or on a time-out. You can switch it off in My Account → Profile or with the unsubscribe link in any message.
10. Changes and complaints
We will post changes to this policy on this page and tell you by email if they are significant. If you are unhappy with how we use your data, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
