Staying in control
Safer Gambling
The tools below are in My Account and work on the spot, without a phone call. Free, confidential help from outside Fruity King is listed at the bottom of the page.
Gambling should be something you choose to do with money you can afford to lose. It has gone too far if you are chasing losses, borrowing to play, hiding it from people close to you, or feeling anxious when you can't gamble.
Deposit Limits
Cap how much you can deposit per day, week or month. You can set all three at once, and the lowest one applies. A new or lower limit takes effect immediately. Raising or removing a limit only takes effect after 24 hours, so there is time to think again.
You can also set a loss limit, which counts what you have staked minus what you have won in the period.
Time-Out
A short break from 24 hours up to six weeks. During a time-out you can't log in, and we don't send you any marketing. It can't be cancelled once it has started, and the account reopens on its own when the time is up.
Self-Exclusion
For a longer break: six months, one year, two years or five years. The account is locked straight away and stays locked for the whole period, even if you ask us to reopen it. Any balance is returned to you. When the period ends the account doesn't reopen by itself; you have to contact us and wait a 24-hour cooling-off period.
GAMSTOP
Self-exclusion with us only covers Fruity King. GAMSTOP is a free national scheme that blocks you from every online gambling site licensed in Great Britain at once, for six months, one year or five years. We check every registration and login against the GAMSTOP register.
Reality Checks
A reminder that pops up every 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes while you are logged in. It tells you how long the session has lasted and lets you carry on, look at your activity or log out.
Checking your activity
My Account shows your deposits and withdrawals in Transaction History, your bets in My Bets and every casino and bingo round in Game History. Looking at the totals once a week gives a far clearer picture than memory does.
Our team also watches for patterns that can point to harm, such as frequent deposit declines or long late-night sessions. If we see them, we get in touch and may apply limits.
Closing your account
If you simply don't want the account any more, close it in My Account → Safer Gambling. If you are closing it because of how gambling is affecting you, please use self-exclusion instead: closure can be reversed on request, self-exclusion can't.
