Payment methods

This table lists the methods switched on in the cashier today. If a method isn't here, it can't be used on Fruity King.

MethodDepositWithdrawalMinimum
Visa debit card Instant once the card issuer approves it Usually 1 to 3 working days after we approve the request £10.00 in, £10.00 out

The card must be a debit card registered in your name. Credit card gambling has been banned in Great Britain since April 2020, and we decline credit cards at the first step.

Deposits

Go to My Account → Deposit, enter the amount and confirm. Your bank may ask you to approve the payment in its app. Once approved, the money shows in your balance and the transaction moves to Completed.

  • The smallest deposit is £10.00 and the largest single deposit is £5,000.00.
  • Your account must be verified before the first deposit.
  • Any deposit limit you have set is checked before the payment is sent to your bank.
  • We don't charge fees for deposits. Your bank shouldn't either, but check with them if a payment shows as a cash advance.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals go back to the same debit card you deposited with. Request one from My Account → Withdrawal. Our payments team reviews every request, and most are approved the same working day.

  • The smallest withdrawal is £10.00. If your balance is below that, email us and we will return it.
  • You can cancel a withdrawal while it is still Pending. After approval it can't be stopped.
  • Once we send the money, card withdrawals usually reach your account in one to three working days.
  • We may ask for more documents before paying out, for example a card statement if the card details are unclear.

KYC checks

KYC means "know your customer". The Gambling Commission requires us to confirm who you are and where you live before you gamble, and to understand where larger sums of money come from. In practice that is:

  1. Identity: passport, UK photocard driving licence or national ID card.
  2. Address: bank statement, utility bill or council tax bill dated in the last three months.
  3. Payment method: sometimes a photo of the card with the middle eight digits covered.
  4. Source of funds: for higher spending, payslips or bank statements that show where the money comes from.

See Account & Verification for how to upload documents and what makes a photo acceptable.

Transaction statuses

Pending
The request has been received. For deposits, we are waiting for the bank to approve. For withdrawals, it is in the queue for our payments team.
Processing
A withdrawal has been approved and is being sent. It can no longer be cancelled.
Completed
The money has moved. A deposit is in your balance, or a withdrawal has left us for your bank.
Declined
The bank refused the payment, or a limit or check stopped it. Nothing has left your account.
Cancelled
You cancelled a pending withdrawal, and the amount has been returned to your balance.

Transaction History

My Account → Transaction History lists every deposit and withdrawal with its date, reference, amount, method and current status. Quote the reference (it starts with DP or WD) if you contact us about a payment. Bets are listed separately in My Bets, and casino rounds in Game History.
