Results, void bets, dead heats and Rule 4.
When will my bet be settled?
As soon as the official result is confirmed. Football is settled at full time, racing once the result is declared weighed-in.
Why was my bet made void?
A bet is void if the event is cancelled or not completed within the time allowed, if a player doesn't take part, or if a price was clearly wrong. The stake is returned. See the Betting Rules.
What is a dead heat?
When two or more selections tie for a place that pays, the stake is divided by the number tied and paid at full odds.
What is Rule 4?
If a horse is withdrawn after a market forms, winning bets on the other runners are reduced by an amount based on the withdrawn horse's price.
I think a bet was settled wrongly
Email support@fruityking.co with the bet reference. If we made a mistake we re-settle it and adjust your balance.
