Payment methods, limits and declined payments.
Which payment methods can I use?
Visa debit cards registered in your name. The Payments page always lists what is switched on.
Why was my deposit declined?
The most common reasons are a credit card (not allowed for gambling in Great Britain), a bank that blocks gambling payments, a deposit limit you have set, or an account that isn't verified yet. The message on screen says which.
Is there a minimum deposit?
Yes, £10.00. The most you can add in one payment is £5,000.00.
My deposit shows as Pending
We are waiting for your bank to approve it, often in the banking app. If it stays Pending for more than an hour, contact support@fruityking.co with the DP reference.
