We review requests the same working day in most cases. After approval, a card payment usually reaches your bank in one to three working days.

Yes, while it is still Pending. Open Transaction History and press Cancel next to it. The amount returns to your balance.

Before larger withdrawals, or if something on the account has changed, we may need to re-check your identity, address or payment card. This protects your money from going to the wrong person.

Withdrawals go back to the card you deposited with. If that card has expired or been cancelled, email support@fruityking.co and we will arrange another route in your name.
